Week 18 – add a crown

This week you must include a crown on your ATC.

This week I’m on time, but mum has run behind.. LOL!

Add a crown or 2
Here is my ATC.I stamped on the blue ATC a Tim Holz background stamp. Stamped and cut out that boy stamp and added him to the ATC. I’ve cut the centre out of the green ATC, stamped the left over area and added distressing embossing powder to it. Added a little bling to my crown for good measure ;)

Very late – Orange, Yellow and Black

Here is my late card. Better late than never hey? :P

I cut out several flowers using a cuttlebug die and sewed them onto my black cardstock. I’ve cut them out of old dictionary paper which I inked and Fantasy Film. I have added some stickles around the edge and the world believe out of Orange CM Letters.

Week 17 - A Colour Challenge

Orange, yellow and black
OK people, sorry this is getting posted late, but the secretary (it's so hard to get good help these days! LOL) has gone to a 12 hour crop, so it's been left to me to post this week's challenge. Do I know what I'm doing you ask?...... er,er, um
As you can see the the topic this week is a colour challenge of orange yellow and black, any theme you like, but only use those colours. My ATC looks as if the paper background has white in the curves near the roof, however that's just my photography, it's really a pale orange.
Redcrystal will post hers this evening hopefully!

Musical Chelle

Here is Chelle’s ATC for the challenge this week. She’s used a couple of new techniques, so you’ll have to go read about them on her blog :o)
I really like the way you ‘embossed’ the crowd. Makes them almost look like a ‘die cut’.

Week 16 – Music

This weeks theme is Music. You can have some music on your ATC, maybe just an instrument, what ever you like, let your imagination go wild!!

Week 16Week 16 back
Here’s mum’s ATC. She’s fussy cut the stamped lady and coloured her in with markers. Her background is a printed out music sheet and patterned paper. She’s also stamped the ‘music of the soul’ and added that on top.

  baby Music
Here’s my ATC. I’ve printed and cut out the child on the seat, coloured it in using a paint brush and my distress inkpads. I cuttle bugged the bird on some paper and stamped the music sheet on my ATC base. I stamped the ‘listen’ on some scrap PP and added a little distress stickles to my seat and the bird.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Week 15 – Vintage

This weeks topic is Vintage. Mum and I both love doing vintage ATC’s, so it’s about time this was our topic.

Here is mum’s ATC. She’s printed out a couple of items and fussy cut the lassy. Mum’s added a beautiful rubbon, a few bling and embellishments to finish the card off nicely.

De VintageDe Vintage back

Here is my vintage ATC. I’ve collaged the background. Put a bit of crackle paint on the edges and distressed the lot with distressing ink. I added some mica flakes around her head and added some randome stickles here and there.

I love this Chelle! I love that frame and that is one lovely saying. I’ve seen it around a few times lately.

Here we have two very different cards.
First up is Chelle’s Digi card. Obviously hard to ‘stamp’ but that' hasn’t stopped her giving it a go :) Chelle has used a paintbrush to '’stamp’ her background. Love the colours of this. that’s a stunning set of wings!

Here is the lovely Leesa’s ATC. I love the Easter card you’ve made. That bunny is just so cute. I can’t bare to look at the eggs though *grin* I ate too many to wish for a reminder… LOL

Week - 14

This week we are stamping up a storm! Use your favorite stamps to create an ATC, the theme the stamping takes is up to you, this leaves it open for those of you who wish to do an Easter theme.

Stamps 1

Elizabeth has used inchie stamps and a chipboard fleur-de-lys on a music stamped back. The inchies were stamped, embossed, then painted with Tim Holtz re-inkers and some Perfect Pearls. The fleur-de-lys was painted with a lovely shiny home-made paint, then stamped with black ink

My ATC this week  has distressed stamping of script, on top of which several images have been stamped, fussy-cut and glued in place. The edges of the ATC have been distressed with some Tim Holtz Distress Ink.

Hope you will all have a happy and safe Easter break, don’t overdo those Easter Eggs!

This week’s winner is Justine! Drawn by our lovely “ barrel-girl” Michael LOL.
